Cookie Policy
Last updated 2026-07-09
This Cookie Policy explains how DirectorMode.AI, a product of KPI Creatives LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
How Consent Works (United States)
We operate on a notice-and-opt-out basis. Analytics and advertising technologies may load by default when you use our site. You can opt out at any time — via Cookie Settings, or through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control available in our site footer, on our sign-in screens, and in your account settings (Profile → Privacy & Cookies). Opting out never breaks the service, and we never sell your personal data.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising and "sharing" automatically.
Product Analytics (On by Default; Opt-Out Available)
Measures how features are used — clicks, feature usage, and how the product performs — so we can improve DirectorMode. It uses an internal anonymous identifier; we never send your name or email. Provider: PostHog (data stored in the United States).
Where enabled, PostHog session recordings mask all text and input fields and block images and video — we can see where users clicked, never what they typed or the content they uploaded. You can opt out of session recordings separately in Cookie Settings.
Marketing & Advertising (On by Default; Opt-Out Available)
Measures where visitors come from — traffic sources, campaigns and UTMs, approximate location, the pages you visit, and conversions — so we understand how people find DirectorMode and how our advertising performs. Providers: Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google processes this data in the United States and other countries where it operates).
Google Analytics uses an anonymous identifier only — never your name or email. For Google Ads conversion measurement, a one-way, irreversible hash of your email may be shared with Google when you sign up or subscribe — never your actual email address. Under California law this category is treated as "sharing"; opting out (or sending a GPC signal) stops it. Google Consent Mode v2 governs Google's tags accordingly.
